The Muses – White Wine Club

Key Club FAQs
Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your information for shipping, billing, and direct communication with Long Shadows Vintners.
Wines may be picked up at the winery in Walla Walla, the tasting room in Woodinville, or shipped directly to your door. Wines that are not picked up within 60 days of release will be shipped at the member's expense.
Scheduled shipment dates will vary due to weather, production, and membership start date, but generally will be in February, May and October. You can access a detailed shipment calendar here.
There is no cost to join and no membership fees. We only ask that you remain in the club for a minimum of one year with an active and current credit card. While your membership is active, allocations will be charged automatically. After one year, membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice prior to the next shipment. Previously processed orders will not be refunded.
An early cancellation fee of $50 will be incurred to offset purchase discounts, wine tastings, complimentary events, merchant service fees and processing. There is no cancellation charge after the minimum term of one year has been met so long as a written request is submitted 30 days prior to processing.
We understand that nothing lasts forever. In the event that you would like to cancel your membership, you must mail, email keyclub@longshadows.com, or deliver a hard copy letter stating your intent to cancel with a current email or return mailing address 30 days before the next shipment. (We cannot accept voicemail or phone-in cancellations.)
