Rhonda Rhyne Highlight

Throughout her life, longstanding Key Club member Rhonda Rhyne has lived all over the country; from Virginia to Arizona, and New York City to San Francisco. Luckily for us, she now resides in Kirkland, Washington with her husband, Peter, where she developed her love of Washington wines.

Rhonda has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, an MBA, and a 35+ year career in cardiology; and since 2013 she’s been the CEO of Kirkland-based Prevencio, which using artificial intelligence specializes in developing novel multiple-protein blood tests for heart disease. Their lead test, HART CVE, is an incredible test for a patient’s one-year risk of heart attack, stroke or cardiovascular death.

She first learned about Long Shadows from her husband who is a Washington native. When she moved from San Diego to join him in Kirkland, she’d been thinking that Napa wines were the best. “Boy was I wrong!” She says, “We decided my husband’s Key Club vault membership was not sufficient for our household… so I had to become a member also. We absolutely love your wines and being a double-Vault membership family!”

Coincidentally, two of Prevencio’s important shareholders were also early investors of Long Shadows. “I imagine all Long Shadows’ wine club members share the value of our hearts, and the heart benefits of good wine!”

What Rhonda treasures most about the Key Club is “how special the Long Shadows team treats us—we truly feel we are part of the Long Shadows family.
